Join Fortis President and CEO Barry Perry for an inspiring story on the growth of this Newfoundland and Labrador-based electric and gas utility business.  From its roots in the St. John’s Electric Light Company in 1885, Fortis has expanded to be a leading North American Electric and Gas Utility Company.  The company’s 8,800 employees serve 3.3 million customers in 17 jurisdictions throughout Canada, the United States (U.S.) and the Caribbean.  In 2016 the company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, making it the second company to ever do so from this Province.  Barry will talk about the important connection Fortis has with the Province, share insights with local business leaders, and more.
