Join Kathy Hawkins, Manager of InclusionNL: Employer Support Services, a program of Empower, The Disability Resource Centre, for this interesting dialogue on accessibility and inclusion for everyone.

In this capacity Kathy advises employers and businesses on all facets of creating inclusive work environments for employees with disabilities including recruitment and hiring, inclusive policy development, accessibility reviews of physical locations and company websites, reasonable adjustments and employee accommodations, and staff training and professional development. She also works with businesses to build their disability confidence by providing a host of free services through InclusionNL's Business OPEN partnerships.
