Event Description:
Join us as KPMG US Tax professionals discuss how your business may be affected by the biggest changes to US tax law in over 30 years.

As President Trump’s $1.5 Trillion tax plan becomes reality, Canadian companies doing business in the United States and US individuals living in Canada need to consider how they will be affected. The legislation fundamentally impacts how Canadian businesses expand into the US, do business in the US and repatriate profits. The reform legislation will also impact individual taxpayers who file US returns and have investments in Canadian companies.

Key topics that will be discussed include:
  • US Corporate and Business taxes
  • Pass-through Entities
  • International tax provisions
  • Individual taxes
