As CEO, AnnMarie is dedicated to working alongside the St. John’s Board of Trade team and Board of Directors to provide guidance, support, and solutions to members. Throughout her career, AnnMarie has worked with the region’s largest and often most complex organizations to help shape their vision, build meaningful relationships, establish connections with stakeholders, and achieve their business objectives. She channels her depth of experience in strategic marketing and communications into her role as CEO and comes to work every day focused on helping to ensure businesses in our city can grow, evolve, and thrive.

Our Manager of Finance and Compliance is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day financial control of the Board and ensuring that all the finances are properly administered and monitored with the assistance of the CEO and the Secretary/Treasurer. Duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgets, and financial statements. Jennifer also ensures the Board is in compliance with all regulatory bodies relating to all government agencies. Jennifer is also a member of the Treasurer’s Committee and is the staff-support to the Secretary/Treasurer.

As VP of Operations, Katrina keeps the Board of Trade running smoothly and delivering value for members. She helps lead a dynamic team and is the force behind the organization's signature events - making sure they are high-impact, well-executed, and memorable.
She also manages the Corporate Partner Program, building strong relationships and securing key funding to support the business community. With a love for a good spreadsheet, Katrina helps guide budgets, revenue forecasting, and smart growth. Above all, she's a connector who loves creating opportunities and making sure members feel supported, engaged, and proud to be a part of the Board.

Whether interpreting detailed policy or providing support for adjudication, he is dedicated to helping employers stay competitive in Newfoundland and Labrador's employment landscape.

Ashley Roche is a senior marketing professional with over a decade of experience turning digital strategy into meaningful engagement. As Manager of Marketing, she leads marketing campaigns, and promotional efforts. She is passionate about helping brands move beyond social media promotion to create value through humour, education, or inspiration. With a background in design, analytics, content creation, and storytelling, she believes successful brands are those that connect with their communities and make people feel something.
