Reporting to the Board of Directors, Glenn is responsible for the overall management and direction of NLCU, leading a high-performance team to turn strategy into action. Prior to becoming CEO, Glenn spent 17 years as the credit union's COO, responsible for branch operations, human resources, marketing, member solutions centre, wealth management, insurance, and facilities. For nine years, he served on the Board of Directors of League Data, a data company located in Halifax, N.S. that provides information systems solutions to credit unions in Atlantic Canada. Glenn has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and Junior Achievement of Newfoundland and Labrador, and has supported fundraisers for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. A longtime member of the NLCU Charitable Foundation's Board of Directors, Glenn now serves as its President and Board Chairperson.
