What We Heard Report + Recommendations (City of St.John's Revitalization Plan)

Insights from our members and recommendations to strengthen downtown and beyond

The Board of Trade has heard significant concern from members about the state of our city, particularly in our downtown. These insights reflect the collective voice of local business leaders, highlighting the areas where policy and action can make the biggest difference—whether it’s improving safety and accessibility in the downtown core, supporting economic growth and development, fostering innovation, or shaping a city where businesses and residents alike can live, work, and thrive in a competitive environment.

Our What We Heard Report and Recommendations outline key insights and actions for a vibrant, safe, and welcoming city. With a municipal election ahead, our goal is to ensure candidates are aware of the real challenges and opportunities facing businesses as they develop their platforms and policies.
